- Develop and manage the master programme for the project
- Consultant planning management experience
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting of all programme-related activities
- Proactive management of contractor's programme
- Detailed reviews of contractor programme
- Monitoring the planning and project controls works for conformance with project procedures
- Develop and monitor the permitting and authority approvals process for the project
- Prepare baseline programme
- Prepare monthly reports and recovery plans (when applicable)
- Preparing and finalizing weekly progress report submissions and weekly quantity reports
- Provide the Project Manager with weekly progress updates, forecast completions, together with critical path and trend analyses
- Consistent assessment of the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and 'what if' scenarios to aid project management decision-making
- Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Engineer and Contractor in resolving any and all project schedule issues
- Review and analyze contractors' claims and prepare recommendations reports
- Experience working on high end mixed-use projects.
- BSc in relevant discipline
- Must have considerable pre-contract and post-contract experience on major projects
- Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
- Experience with P6 software
