Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes according to recipes
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste
Collaborate with the chef and other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and stocking ingredients
Adhere to kitchen policies and procedures, including health and safety regulationsRequirements:
Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
