:Job Purpose:The Learning & Engagement Officer (Outreach Lead) is required to work closely with the Manager and Head of the department, embed and grow a dynamic and innovative learning and engagement programResponsibilities:· Engaging and offering activities, including roadshows, for schools, universities, People of Determination, hard to reach communities, the academic community, creative community, senior citizens, families, and volunteers (amongst others).· The role is responsible to prepare progress and status reports by analyzing and summarizing the information, trends and forecasts of the visits and participation of those audiences in order to develop new programs and interpretation activities and experiences.Skills:· Project Management· Budget Management· Involvement in cultural/educations content creation for workshops and programs.· Creates a welcoming environment for visitors, conducive to experiential informal learning, through quality educational experiences, special projects, activities, and materials onsite and online.· Produces resources and kits for educators (tour guides)· Manages development of activity content and materials to promote education and interpretation activities.· Bilingual (Arabic/English).
