- Key Accountabilities (tasks, duties, responsibilities)Partner with the respective customer(s) to help them understand the client solution capabilities and address customer’s queries
- Serve as a strong advocate for your clients(VOC) to ensure the client maintains high customer satisfaction
- Partner with Sales to meet or exceed client revenue goals
- Coordinate between the customer and internal ops team for seamless deployment of energy solution
- Partner with Operations team to identify ways to improve and streamline deployment;
- Recommending methods of improvement and ensuring actions are implemented on time
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and coordinate operational resource plans with team manager
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all the client products and services, engaging subject matter experts as needed
- Perform regular business reviews, monitor progress, track KPIs for all the assigned accounts. Conduct regular health review meetings to ensure that there is no deviation
- Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress to the concerned stakeholders
- Conduct performance analysis and identify gaps and opportunities for energy saving measures/improvement in the existing technologies, infrastructure to enhance their efficiency
- Constantly looking to identify impediments or obstacles early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalates when needed.
