Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner.Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and supporting schedules.Assist in financial analysis and reporting tasks as required by management.Help maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries and discrepancies.Support the senior accounting team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Previous experience in accounting or finance roles preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
