Regional HR Manager

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Manage employee performance appraisal process and provide feedback and coaching to employees and managers.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
