- Oversee the company's banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms for banking services.
- Manage the company's foreign exchange exposure and implement strategies to mitigate currency risk.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in treasury management.
- Supervise a team of treasury professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and legal, to support the company's financial goals and initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, banking products, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus.
