- Assesses equipment, materials and labor needed to complete large and/or complex construction tasks for the purpose of ensuring that activities meet the project standards and resolve defined issue(s) while reducing wasted resources.
- Assists in the personnel management of resources for the purpose of maintaining staffing needs and productivity of the workforce.
- Coordinates the services and activities of outside contractors, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring that work is completed in a safe, effective and timely manner.
- Directs assigned staff in resolving complex and/or difficult issues for the purpose of ensuring that work locations are maintained in a safe and effective working environment.
- Maintains a variety of manual and electronic files and/or records for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference and complying with regulatory requirements and established guidelines.
- Maintains assigned tools, equipment, and vehicle(s) for the purpose of ensuring their availability as needed to meet assigned objectives.
- Performs a wide variety of skilled construction related activities for the purpose of ensuring that work issues are resolved and projects are completed in a safe, effective and timely manner.
- Prepares a variety of project-mandated documents and reports for the purpose of documenting activities and complying with the requirements.
- Prioritizes and assigns related work orders to skilled labors for the purpose of ensuring that locations are maintained in a safe working environment meeting guidelines and budgetary limits.
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
- 5–10-year Job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
- Education: Degree in Architecture from a recognized University
