- Preparation, delivery and maintenance of high quality business planning and performance management
- Preparation and timely delivery of Long Term Strategy, S-Year Business Plan and One year operating
- Timely preparation of SUBU inputs for Corporate Reporting requirements.
- Prepare reports, analysis and management information data as required in appropriate forms from time
- Development and maintenance of Performance Evaluation for various processes and development of
- Development and implementation of effective and efficient Economical Evaluation and Probability
- Identifies critical issues and areas of concern in order to ensure timely achievement of set goals and
- Prepare an integrated Master Plan covering both surface and sub-surface business unit activities and
- Facilitate the SUBU teams in identifying the their business risks and opportunities Together with
- Coordinalion with FINC-SU in preparation of realistic budget and preparation of monlhly progress report
- As required by the management, conduct the cost oplimization exercise and prepare cost optimization
