Admin cum Business Developer

• The administrative structure should be properly set up.
• Manage sales goals for supervisors in different departments and drive sales growth.
• Increase sales by at least 20% within one year ((E.g. Net sale of this financial year is 1,000,000/- means after you’re joining and make an administration structure, Should be increased 1,200,000/- (20% Minimum) by Next financial year ))
• Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.
• Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
• Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.

• You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Retail.
• You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
• You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
