- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of regional Retailer Lotus EV requirements and standards, in alignment with LTIL Group guidelines.
- Work closely with the EV Transformation Manager to develop and support dealer-specific roadmaps and business planning for the electrification rollout.
- Collaborate with the Training department to identify and address retailer training needs related to EV concepts, ensuring effective training delivery across the network.
- Analyse regional customer behaviour to enhance satisfaction and improve EV service solutions, guiding network performance improvements in vehicle delivery, test drives, and aftersales services processes.
- Analize the regulation and global standards for battery management and recycling and support aftersales team.
- Organize and conduct regular meetings with EV local resposibles to track EV ecosystems development and implementation status.
- Support the development and roll-out of market customised home charging solutions, ensuring they meet local needs and standards.
- Aid in identifying and partnering with local providers for customer home evaluation, charging installation services, and packages.
- Support ongoing development of the navigation maps, identifying the main public charging partners as well as tracking the main public charging providers.
- Track customer feedback, dealer support and compliance with regional regulations.
- Collect and synthesize regional customer and dealer feedback on EV charging experiences, and well as e-mobility trends and volumes in the region.
- Establish direct lines of communication for data collection on charging services with dealers and EV suppliers.
- Conduct an analysis of the regional EV service ecosystem, including competitor services.
- Significant experience in a similar job delivering requirements related to Home EV charging, performance management and network standards within the automotive industry.
- Analytic skill to analyse and present data on reports.
- Significant knowledge of automotive industry and EV vehicles.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills to influence, develop and achieve objectives that create win/win outcomes.
- Proficient written and spoken English and additional languages will be valuable.
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Technical knowledge on electric installation or EV charging homologation.
