Job DescriptionWorking within the higher education sector the suitable applicant will be responsible for leading the strategic direction for the facilities, Admin, HSE departments.Responsibilities

Strategic and operational responsibility, budget ownership and operational excellence
Overseeing the universities facilities in areas such as capacity, repair, new constructions, renovation
Ensuring risk mitigation specifically in HSE areas, whilst working with relevant stakeholders
Overseeing the general services (cleaning/security/landscaping etc)
Supporting the procurement processes and selection, ensuring compliance with govt regulations
Management of teams, coaching, guidance and development
All other duties as required

Qualifications and Experience

Degree (ideally masters) in relevant field such as engineering
High level of experience in a similar role, at a senior level
Ideally experience within the higher education sector
Preference will be given to UAE Nationals
