- Attract new cases, clients, and contracts to the law firm
- Utilize an extensive client database and personal network to generate business opportunities.
- Facilitate legal consultations and provide guidance to potential clients
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in securing favorable terms and agreements
- Leverage knowledge of Abu Dhabi's Judicial Department, federal courts, and Dubai Courts.
- Ensure comply with the legal requirements when entering into contracts with clients and when representing them before the authorities
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Work towards achieving set targets and contribute to the firm's overall success
- Benefit from a rewarding commission structure based on successful case acquisition
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the legal sector, business development or marketing
- Strong ability to negotiate and close deals quickly and effectively
- Familiarity with the legal landscape in Abu Dhabi and the UAE in general.
