- Ability to work under own direction and high degree of initiative
- Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of project management and adoption
- Extensive experience of analyzing and understanding customers and business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.
- Ability to work in both agile and waterfall and managing resources and people effectively within both methodologies
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices
- Knowledge of Java EE, PL/SQL, Python, Linux, Net Core and JSON Scripts, AWS Compute and Database
- Expertise in cloud solutions for IaaS, PaaS and SaaS standards
- Experience with MS Azure and AWS Cloud forms
- Experience with DevOps, DevSecOps and LoCode/NoCode solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree (master’s degree Preferred) in Computer Science, IT, Web Development or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification / Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification is preferred
- Certifications in IT Standards, Togaf, Cobit, ITIL
- 6 to 8 years of experience in the Information System or Information Technology domain
- Must have experience in complex projects
- At least 4 years of experience in a Managerial position
