:JOB PURPOSE:Undertake a variety of tasks related to C-Store services, including handling Cash/Credit Card payments/Other payment types, operating the cash point, fast food service, storage and stock keeping, display and pricing, and other related duties to support the effective store operations, ensuring optimum client satisfaction.Undertake a variety of tasks related to C-Store services, including handling Cash/Credit Card payments/Other payment types, operating the cash point, fast food service, storage and stock keeping, display and pricing, and other related duties to support the effective store operations, ensuring optimum client satisfaction.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESService Operations

Maintain high level of cleanliness of the store at all times. Coordinate timely replenishment of displayed items and refrigerated and chilled products and drinks. Maintains various machines and equipment used in fast food area such as the coffee and the microwave, etc. and ensures that they are cleaned and refilled continuously.

Greet customers and offer assistance and advise customers on various services and products offered and their prices.

Attend to the cash point area and receive the payments as assigned by the manager and in compliance with defined procedures.  Conduct transaction processing with the required speed and care to ensure smooth and quick operation of the cash point area, avoiding unnecessary queuing or any inconvenience to customers.

update oneself with product prices and attend to all bar code scanning whilst escalating any matters promptly for timely resolution.

Obtain and comply with all authorization levels and protocols as defined in the procedures.

Ensure that all foods and drinks served to customers are accurately registered and paid at the cash point.  Attend to the various products displayed in the store and ensures proper pricing of various items as per instructions.

Inform Field Merchandiser/Sr. Area Manager of any incidents or any problems related to the operation of the store, safety, security or satisfaction of the customers.

Assist ASSM/SSM in receiving product deliveries, and checking the quality, quantity and expiry dates. stock taking of various stock items to support effective operations

Deliver the best in class and personalized service and special customer care at all times to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance profitability of C-store business while striving to upsell or cross sell as opportunity rises.

Maintain accurate recording and active management to agreed targets for Wastage And Good Returns Notices (GRNs)

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualification1. Completion of Secondary educationMinimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills 2-3 years of experience in a convenient store or retail sales outletGood knowledge of English and basic Arabic  Physical strength and fitnessPhysical EffortMinimal Physical effort, setting at the desk most of the time extensive use of computer.Work EnvironmentDuties are mostly performed in air conditioned office enviroment.
