Houskeeping Supervisor (Tagalog Speaker)

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

• Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and providing coaching and feedback.

• Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Address guest concerns and complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

• Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.

• Prepare reports on room occupancy, housekeeping productivity, and department expenses.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.

• Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Minimum of five years of experience in a housekeeping supervisor role within the hospitality industry.

• Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficient in cleaning procedures and the use of various cleaning equipment.

• Working knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
