- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Generate leads, identify qualified opportunities, and nurture relationships through networking, and referrals.
- Develop and Execute Sales Presentations: Present product capabilities, tailor sales pitches to customer needs, and effectively convey the value of Deloitte.
- Close Sales Deals: Negotiate contracts, secure orders, and drive revenue generation through effective sales techniques.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, proactively address their needs, and provide ongoing support.
- Upsell and Cross-sell Products: Identify customer pain points and recommend additional Adobe products and services to enhance their experience.
- Track and Manage Sales Pipeline: Monitor sales opportunities, track progress, and adjust sales strategies to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Team: Work effectively with other Deloitte CX leaders to develop and execute sales plans.
- Stay Informed about Product and Market Trends: Continuously learn about Adobe products and services, as well as industry developments, to stay abreast of best practices.
- Organize Mktg event /roadshows : Drive the marketing plan and effectively execute - and follow up on leads generated
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in selling FSI vertical solutions, with a focus on platforms like Temenos, New Gen, Mambu, etc.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed
- 5-15 years relevant Sales and Business Development experience
- Demonstrated success in a professional services matrix organization
