- Interviewing candidates (by phone, video, and in person)
- Preparing and distributing numerical, linguistic and logical thinking tests and tests
- Announcing the vacancy promotion on the company's job page, through social media, and on job boards, in addition to promoting it internally within the company.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Sending job offer letters and responding to inquiries about compensation and benefits
- Monitor key human resources indicators, including time to fill positions, time to hire, and source of recruitment
- Participating in career fairs and organizing recruitment events within the company
- Collaborate with managers to determine future staffing needs
- Working as a consultant for new employees and helping them integrate into work
