  • Design and update the job description
  • Crafting recruitment letters to attract potential candidates
  • Examining incoming CVs and application forms
  • Interviewing candidates (by phone, video, and in person)
  • Preparing and distributing numerical, linguistic and logical thinking tests and tests
  • Announcing the vacancy promotion on the company's job page, through social media, and on job boards, in addition to promoting it internally within the company.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Sending job offer letters and responding to inquiries about compensation and benefits
  • Monitor key human resources indicators, including time to fill positions, time to hire, and source of recruitment
  • Participating in career fairs and organizing recruitment events within the company
  • Collaborate with managers to determine future staffing needs
  • Working as a consultant for new employees and helping them integrate into work
