- Screen telephone calls, answer routine questions, take accurate messages and refer the caller to an appropriate staff member if necessary
- Welcome visitors and establish their requirements
- Assist in typing standard letters as well as documents
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all duties and create reliable filing and record systems
- Maintain the diary, organize appointments, meetings, travel as well as accommodation as specified as required
- Conduct routine administrative duties as assigned
- Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
- Possess relevant qualifications with proven experience working as a secretary
- Must have good computer applications knowledge with excellent typing skills
- Should be able to meet work deadlines
- Ability to communicate well and work well with others
- Must be a good time manager
