Abu Dhabi, UAE SALARY: 15,000 AED - 19,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentOur client a leading retail company in the region are seeking an Emirati candidate for a Senior HR Coordinator role based in Dubai.In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you are an Emirati, candidates that are not will NOT be considered. You must also have a minimum of 3 years experience working within an emiratisation / HR support role.

Streamlining HR processes to ensure operations run smoothly
Setting up candidates' interviews for hiring managers
Assisting with new employee onboarding and training
Maintaining employee records in an online system
Coordinating company-wide training efforts and seminars
Assisting with procedures for performance management
Keeping up to date on governmental laws and requirements that affect the organization
Answering employee questions and requests regarding HR
