- Pro-actively suggesting solutions based on customer's behaviours.
- Reaching potential clients to advise them new promotions or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Min 1 year experience as Tele caller, Tele Marketer, Sales representative or other customer service role
- Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems
