:Executive Director - Technology and Policy (UAE National)Leading and managing human capital management processes and initiatives at the Authority level according to strategic and operational objectives, and ensuring that effective human resources solutions are provided at the management and workforce level. To ensure that human resources policies, procedures and programs enable the Authority to attract, develop and retain the best competencies. Leadership in the development of strategic objectives and plans for the sector in line with the strategy, vision and mission at the level of the authority system as a whole
 Overseeing the implementation and achievement of the strategic objectives and objectives of the sector
 Directing the preparation, allocation and use of the sector's budget and exercising control over expenditures where applicable
 Review all periodic sector performance reports and provide recommendations and guidance when needed to enhance sector performance
 Monitoring key performance indicators for the sector's operations and staff and recommending improvements in line with strategic objectives at the level of the Authority's system as a whole
 Take responsibility for shaping the sector's workforce by determining the number of employees to be available and the ability to achieve the strategic objectives and plans of the sector
 Support for professional development by providing effective feedback and evaluating the performance of employees in the sector
 Support efforts in aspects of cooperation, innovation, design thinking and improving current processes at the sector levelRequirementsAcademic qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT management, data analysis, computer engineering, computer science, or any other related areaProfessional experienceExperience in data analysis, applied intelligence, IT processes or any other related area that exceeds: Over 11 years with bachelor's degree
