We are looking for an HR Director to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should architect our human capital strategy and cultivate a culture of excellence.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement overarching HR strategies that support the company's business goals and promote its culture and vision.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent.
  • Develop and monitor HR KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategies.
  • Lead performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and promoting a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to ensure employee growth and alignment with company needs.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to understand the company's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
