Our client, a well established civil contracting and manufacturing unit in Dubai seeks to hire a receptionist for their front office department. Potential incumbents must be an Emirati with family book. Please find the below KRA's to be eligible for the role.Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors.
  • Answer, screen and direct phone calls.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Manage mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain and organize files.
  • Assist attorneys with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate travel and meetings.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Perform other general office duties.
Qualification's/Skill's & Spec:
  • UAE national with family book
  • Any relevant degree
  • Experience in a reception or administrative roles.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in production/manufacturing industry will be a plus.
