- Coordinate travel and meetings.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Perform other general office duties.
- UAE national with family book
- Any relevant degree
- Experience in a reception or administrative roles.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in production/manufacturing industry will be a plus.
