:JOB PURPOSE:Effectively understand, analyze, document, communicate and validate business requirements and serve as a liaison between business, IT department and vendor to formulate necessary documents (BRD, FRD, user manuals etc.) & assist functional & technical analyst to produce “Technical Document”.Analyze business operations to identify strengths and weakness to determine opportunities to enhance process and functions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to such specifications.ACCOUNTABILITIESKey AccountabilitiesBusiness Analysis & Documentation: Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends by building workflows, charts, system capabilities analysis and writing specifications. Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document), RFP (Request for Proposal), FRD (Functional Requirement Document) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) documents etc. involved in the process by providing recommendation for buy versus build decisions. Liaise with end users, business stakeholders and IT team and interview them to gather inputs to develop the functionality of the technology.Research and Analysis: Research and analyze existing business practices and procedures. Define operational objectives after comprehensively studying the business function, gathering inputs and evaluating business requirements. Analyze business requirements and propose solutions to meets business needs. Create feasibility study and implementation plan of the project.Vendor & Project Management: Actively liaise with vendor from defining scope and contract entirety. Point of contact for vendors from proposal stage till go-live stage. Involve in negotiations and selection of technology and vendor capabilities. Manage the project timelines, stakeholders and project delivery.User Management & Training: Actively involved in end-user testing by ensuring all test scenarios are thought about and tested. Undertake end user and training and build user guide and manual to ensure entirety, smooth knowledge transfer and know-how of the system.Job Specific Information:Business Analyst IT will work closely with business, IT department, Vendors and end-users to gather inputs to understand business requirements and translating into system functionalityRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/ Science
  • SDLC Certification
  • Certification in Project Management
Experience
  • 5 – 7 years of minimum experience in Information Technology within a large diversified group.
  • Experience with YARDI software in real estate is preferred.
  • Experience with reporting systems, web and mobile applications is preferred.
  • Experience with Property management, facilities management and real estate management application implementations.
