- Must be proficient in written and vocal communications in English.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in their field as defined in the above job roles.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in development of training content in a process industry – preferably for operations and maintenance division.
- Must have 3 years of experience delivering training to technical staff in the last 5 years.
- Has utilized simulation and eLearning products in the delivery of training
- Is proficient in MS Word, EXCEL, and Power Point
- Has managed a team of at least 5 personnel
- Can effectively communicate to a variety of audiences (management, engineers, operators, maintenance technicians)
- Can handle multiple tasks and requests in a dynamically changing environment
- Has executed 3-5 projects in the geographical area of interests.
- Additional proficiency in communication in Arabic is preferred.
