:ResponsibilitiesTechnical Trainer will manage the entire process related to the development and delivery of the courses for the appropriate role and industry vertical. He/She will be responsible for designing and developing quality training programs for operations, maintenance, and engineering communities. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for conducing gap analysis based on the competency requirement, and he/she will coordinate the development of training interventions that are needed to meet the competency gap from quality and quantity perspective. He/She will report to Project Manager or Training Coordinator.For the duration of the project, he/she will reside in country where the project is located.Requirements·

Must be proficient in written and vocal communications in English.

Must have at least 10 years of experience in their field as defined in the above job roles.

Must have at least 5 years of experience in development of training content in a process industry – preferably for operations and maintenance division.

Must have 3 years of experience delivering training to technical staff in the last 5 years.

Has utilized simulation and eLearning products in the delivery of training

Is proficient in MS Word, EXCEL, and Power Point

Has managed a team of at least 5 personnel

Can effectively communicate to a variety of audiences (management, engineers, operators, maintenance technicians)

Can handle multiple tasks and requests in a dynamically changing environment

Has executed 3-5 projects in the geographical area of interests.

Additional proficiency in communication in Arabic is preferred.
