Enter data from various sources into our computer system accurately and efficiently.
Verify and ensure the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Update and maintain databases with new information as needed.
Review and correct any discrepancies in data entries.
Organize and maintain files and records in an organized manner.
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
Proficient typing skills and familiarity with data entry software and systems.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
