Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process employee documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and employment verification.
Assist in conducting orientation sessions and onboarding new employees.
Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in payroll preparation and data entry.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement activities.
Maintain HR files and records in compliance with applicable legal requirements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Familiarity with HR software and databases.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
