Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with employee training.
Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Process employee documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
Assist with payroll preparation by collecting timesheets, verifying attendance, and entering data into payroll systems.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with employee relations activities, including organizing employee events and initiatives.
Update and maintain HR databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
Assist in compiling HR reports and analytics as needed.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and HR process improvements.Requirements:Previous experience in an HR assistant role or similar administrative position is preferred.
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
