- Leads and directs all marketing activities for the assigned brand including P&L responsibility, to achieve volume, organic growth, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall business priorities.
- Collaborates closely and provides strategic direction to cross-functional groups (e.g. Insights, Medical, Sales, Trade, Training, Regulatory, Logistics) for the development and implementation of both strategic and execution plans
- Combine qualitative (e.g., behavioral, attitudinal, psychological, cultural) quantitative data (e.g., big data, analytics), customer, and market information generate performance insights and drive marketing strategies.
- Participate in the annual operational planning process by shaping the tactical plan and budget required to achieve the brand's stated objectives.
- Analyze and interpret primary and secondary market research to gain insights from healthcare professionals and patients/consumers to develop and enhance brand strategies and subsequent tactical implementation.
- Perform ongoing competitive intelligence and distill complex information to deliver key insights to the sales team to maintain competitive positioning. Anticipate/identify threats and opportunities and make recommendations and develop tactics to respond to challenges and opportunities.
- Establish strategies and tactics that differentiate Abbott Nutrition products from competitors and further demonstrate the products' utility in different indications.
- Periodically meets with top key opinion leaders and establishes good rapport with them.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and suggesting improvements
- Develops brand relevant marketing materials and conducts regular training for the sales team.
- University Degree in Marketing, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 6+ years' experience in Nutritional, Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in marketing.
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter, possesses flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations.
- Positive attitude, team player with a high level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Driven by objectives, solutions and adhering to deadlines.
