- Update the management on changing sales trends within the market to foster needed changes and adjust plans accordingly.
- Seeks new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new businesses for the Company
- Maximizes the usage of the salesforce™ CRM system by all the sales team by encouraging the team and reinforcing its benefits.
- Facilitate and convey feedback to the management regarding retail needs and challenges..
- Ensure that all boutique teams are aligned with the Company’s grooming standards, work etiquette and product displays are according to the 5s methodology.
- Closing the deal and managing the necessary processes as per Mouawad standards after sales with customers.
- Gathering market and customer information by engaging with customers and recording interests.
- Liaise with the marketing department for any special marketing activities needed t (e.g. Activations, Entertainment, Events, e.g.).
- Work along with the Marketing team by providing reports about customer requirements/preferences and advise what to advertise."
- Develops and implements sales objectives and goals in the boutique including sales targets and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with HR to identify and reward star performers through the Performance Management System and career/succession planning.
- Responds to any management project when assigned. Also, attending events and exhibitions.
- Suggests, monitors, and controls margins and discounts and ensures profitability of the boutique.
- Lead, develop, build, and influence a top-notch and experienced sales team, through continuous mentoring, training, and weekly meetings.
- Analyzes sales statistics to determine business growth potential, and monitors sales performance continuously
- Facilitate outdoor sales targeting HNWI and High-End Jewelry customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with Mouawad’s key clients in the market.
- Ensure that all sales team contact the regular and potential customers through phone calls or direct contact.
- Executes and manages effectively every step of the sales process at an individual level and build a top notch sales team
- Sets quarterly personal and team objectives and ensures its execution and timely implementation.
- Run a survey in the market including competitors and share action plan with the Management team.
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential, and monitors sales performance continuously.
- Ensure proper stock levels are maintained and dead stock is depleted in the boutique.
- Reconcile the previous night sales reports.
- Responsible of securing and updating legal documents related to boutique
- Manage and follow-up orders by merchandising team and must have order.
