- Spearhead the management and monitoring of our sales pipeline, spotting growth opportunities and maintaining a healthy balance across all stages.
- Harness the power of Salesforce reports and dashboards to scrutinize vital sales metrics, spotting trends, and unlocking insights to enhance sales performance.
- Foster a collaborative environment with our inside sales team, ensuring they excel in generating quality leads and scheduling appointments for our field sales reps.
- Polish and perfect sales presentations crafted by our field sales team, ensuring they're impactful, concise, and persuasive.
- Provide support to the Sales Director across various sales-related tasks as required.
- Oversee marketing initiatives aimed at achieving sales objectives, ensuring seamless alignment and effectiveness.
- Dive deep into sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement and fine-tune sales processes for optimal performance.Requirements- An MBA or equivalent experience would be advantageous.- A minimum of 5 years in a sales management role, preferably within the software sector. Simulation software sales experience would be an added advantage.
