- Completion of a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited medical school or university.
- Residency Training in Dermatology:
- Completion of a specialized residency training program in dermatology accredited by a recognized medical board or authority.
- The residency program should cover a comprehensive range of dermatological conditions and procedures.
- Board Certification or Equivalent Qualification:
- Board certification in dermatology from a recognized medical board, such as the American Board of Dermatology (ABD), the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC), or an equivalent international board.
- Alternatively, proof of successful completion of an equivalent certification examination recognized by the Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD) or Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
- Valid Medical License:
- Possession of a valid and unrestricted medical license issued by the Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD) or Dubai Health Authority (DHA) permitting the practice of dermatology in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Clinical Experience:
- Substantial clinical experience as a dermatology specialist, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and managing a wide range of dermatological conditions, including but not limited to acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, skin infections, and skin cancer.
- Experience in performing dermatological procedures and surgeries, such as biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, laser therapy, and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
