Industry: ManufacturingJob Responsibilities:
  • Handle Admin documentation.
  • Manage employee relations.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate department.
  • Review and proofread translated documents for quality assurance.
  • Process gate and entry passes for various entities, maintaining a streamlined and efficient system.
  • Manage and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with front desk duties when required, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Translate written and verbal communications from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Admin.
  • Previous experience in document translation is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
  • Diploma / Bachelors Degree
  • Age: Between 25 - 35 years.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of maintaining data confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of SAP software, and IMS 9001, 14001 & 45001 would be an added advantage.
  • Language: English & Arabic
  • Business letter writing skills.
