Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, packages).
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as preparing invoices and expense reports.
Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation tasks.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
