Senior Strategy and Performance Specialist

• Collaborates with the Strategic Projects Unit Head (PMO) to establish organizational goals, methods, policies and procedures for implementing programmes in alignment with the strategic vision, mission and goals.

• Manages a portfolio of internal and external projects, ensuring the projects are aligned to and directly support the achievement of the strategic objectives for the client.

• Assists in driving the strategic alignment and creating a shared awareness of strategic priorities with the management team.

• Manages the reporting requirements for the unit ensuring data is updated in a timely manner.

• Assists in the design and delivery of project management tools that help the museum departments achieve their objectives.

• Leads the preparation departmental level performance cards by creating smart and relevant KPIs.

• Tracks the monthly/quarterly performance of KPIs and develops corporate performance reports and dashboards.

• Leads the development of the client's Annual Performance reports (for both internal and public versions).

• Manages and maintains the database of the client's corporate objectives, KPIs, measurement definition, results and maintains historical data.

• Supports the Business Intelligence Consultant by providing requirements and quality review of the corporate performance dashboards (for the client's BI).

• 3 years of post graduate experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives within a museum or cultural institution

• Fluency in Arabic and English

• 8 years of post graduate experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives within a museum or cultural institution

• Fluency in English

• Experience working within a public sector context

• Fluency in Arabic, English and French Preferred

• Experience working within a public sector context

• Fluency in English, Arabic or French

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Strategy or related disciplines

• PMP or Six Sigma certification
