- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information to callers and take detailed messages when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
- Ensure security procedures are followed by issuing visitor badges and monitoring visitor access.
- Handle inquiries and requests from employees and external parties professionally and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or Diploma (university certificate) in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
