- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote their jewellery collections through various channels such as inhouse website, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product information, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their style and preferences.
- Setting up meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store to enhance product presentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated with jewellery trends, competitor activities, market demands, needs, and opportunities.
- At least 2 Years-experience in the same role
- experience in jewellery sales and marketing, preferably in a retail setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Arabic will be added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
