:a) Directs and supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the Plant InspectionSection. Performs supervisory functions at the level established by Management,reporting directly to Team Leader Inspection (TLI).b) Supervises the inspection and certification of all plant and equipment in the LNGPlant and OAG facilities and ensures that written reports are compiled as necessary.c) Plans, establishes and supervIse Plant Inspection scheduling, reporting andrecording systems to conform with the requirements of Clients accepted code ofpractice for inspection and testing. Including liaising with Maintenance andGeneral Technical Services tor scheduling of equipment due for inspection andmaintaining on-stream programme of all LNG Plant and OAG facilities.d) Ensures that proper, Repair and Recommendations reports (R&R) are issued afterassessing integrity of plant equipment, including proper identification of damages,affected areas, and specifications. Also, liaise with Maintenance and OTSD for timelyexecution of R&Rs.e) Liaises with the Workshops Superintendent to provide inspection services for allworks undertaken by the Workshop. Includes defming specifications andrequirements and controlling the radiographic facilities.±) Under direction of TLI, compiles Company codes and standards within his area ofresponsibility and in accordance with Company policies.g) Sets up and maintains comprehensive records of all Plant and equipment andcompiles technical reports and memoranda for Management review as reportedthrough Head of Corrosion & Inspection.
