- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable character
- Professional appearance and a high level of personal presentation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as telephone systems, photocopiers as well as computers
- Must be familiar with basic office software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
