- NEBOSH Level 3 International General Certificate or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Civil).
- Minimum of 5-8 years' previous experience in the field of HSE within the UAE. Candidates with a background in Facilities Management, Construction, Oil and Gas, and other high-risk sectors will be preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Risk Assessment and Management, as well as ISO 45001 & 14001.
- Detailed understanding of HSE processes such as investigations, HIRA, inspections, training, auditing, and monitoring.
- Relevant knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, including OSHAD and others applicable to HSE.
- Excellent communication skills are highly required for this role.
