- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Min. 8 years' experience in building construction projects.
- Must have experience in making the cost estimate of building packages and dealing with specialized agencies/subcontractor packages which include tendering, negotiations etc.
- Good command of computer software in the field of estimation & costing.
- Good knowledge of market rates/price of materials and various construction works tendering processes, local conditions and current trends.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
