- Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources appropriately.
- Act as a primary point of contact between Avertra and clients, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.
- Provide regular project updates, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, analysts, and quality assurance professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure that team members have the necessary tools, training, and support to carry out their responsibilities.
- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address challenges to prevent project delays or issues.
- Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures.
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align project objectives.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.
- Ensure compliance with Avertra's MiFlow documentation standards.
- Monitor and measure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Address and resolve project-related issues promptly.
- Escalate issues to appropriate levels of management when necessary.
- Generate and present regular reports on project progress, key performance indicators, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide insights into project status during team and stakeholder meetings.
