:JOB PURPOSE:· To Operate and carry out services of the well head towers operation and field , including oil well test using test separators, field changes both oil and water, opening, closing are all carried out according to ADNOC OFFSHORE rules and regulations, efficiently and safely.· Top up chemicals such as corrosion inhibitors and adjust injection rate to require to achieve correct dosage· Check wells on line including chock adjustments, chart and orifice plate change as required.· Carryout light maintenance such as valve greasing and pressure gauges replacement· Collect Oil and water samples, including Millipore, H2S test etc· To have skillful knowledge in commissioning the MPFM-Multi Phase Flow Meter and the physics. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESJob Specific AccountabilitiesGeneric Accountabilities· Collect Oil, water samples as per program prepared by field production supervisor.· Top up hydraulic oil and corrosion inhibitors as required.· Check the status of on line test separators including Orifice/charts replacement.· Carry out wellhead pressure survey as require.· Carry out annulus pressure survey.· Carryout light maintenance such as, valve greasing etc.Training· Provide on-the-job Training to meet Competency Based Training programs for UAE Nationalization.Innovation and Continuous Improvement· Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating procedures and functional processes.Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability· Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.· Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.Housekeeping· Maintain the work environment clean and tidy before, during operations, in line with established standards of Hygiene and Housekeeping.Reports· Provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company Management.· Prepare various Key Performance Indicator (KPI) checklists for management.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualification· Secondary education certificate followed by 2 years formal training leading to a Technical Diploma· Technical Diploma in relevant field or Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate in the relevant fieldMinimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills· Secondary / Collage education certificate plus 3 years· Formal training on oil and gas industries.
