: Supervises the operations of water, oil and gas facilities and coordinate with ZC and ZW CCR to ensure production operation changes are carried out according to the Client rules and regulations, efficiently and safely. Controls & monitors field process parameters globally through SCADA and takes suitable actions to avoid plants upsets. Achieve oil / gas production and gas injection targets and follow up new projects. Follow up and implement Client HSEMS programs including ISO 14001, OHSAS -18001 and Risk Management. Executes and Implements Permit to work System on water oil and gas plants as per safety regulations. Leads and acts as the first line of control during the emergencies as per ZCSC emergency procedures. Knowledge transfer and on job training for juniors / UAE nationals, recommend courses.
