Job DescriptionBusiness Development Managers goal is to to expand company’s current markets by researching markets, identifying new business opportunities and creating strategies.Job Functions
  • Identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Developing Automotive Import/Export, Customer Clearance, Transportation and Storage.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Generating repeat business and adding new potential customers in company portfolio.
  • Achieving the sales turnover in line with the target set by the Management.
  • Identify potential customers and register opportunities leading to revenue for the company.
  • Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer contracts.
  • Provide personalized service and build relationships with customers, identify current and future customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics and supply chain needs, providing tailored solutions.
  • Provide regular and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.

  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 2 to 5 years UAE Experience.
