- Prepare and organize legal correspondence and documents in English and Arabic for internal and external distribution.
- Maintain and update legal files and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for the legal team.
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for cases and projects.
- Translate legal documents, emails, and other communications from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Assist with the preparation of legal presentations and reports, ensuring accuracy of translations.
- Communicate with clients, external counsel, and other stakeholders in both English and Arabic.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team, such as managing calendars, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence.
- Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
- Proven experience working as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures in both languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
