- Collaborate closely with systems implementers and industry business stakeholders to comprehensively understand business requirements related to Inventory, Sales, and Procurement processes, as well as reporting, compliance, and analysis.
- Leverage expert insights to critically assess and validate proposed solutions, drawing upon deep expertise in ERP systems and finance operations.
- Lead the validation and testing phase of the ERP transformation program, ensuring meticulous assessment of whether the configured financial processes within the ERP system align with specified business requirements.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with industry best practices, leveraging extensive experience to validate and challenge recommendations and strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Inventory, Sales, and Procurement processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement within the ERP system.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a closely related field
- 15 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years dedicated specifically to finance, ERP systems, and related transformations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and contributing to major transformation programs within the finance domain.
- Demonstrated expertise in working as an ARIBA Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Analyst for a minimum of two major SAP transformation programs.
- Proven ability to lead and execute financial process improvements and ERP system enhancements, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of financial operations.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to finance and ERP systems.
- Proven ability to ensure that financial processes and reporting mechanisms within the ERP system adhere to these standards
