Housekeeping Supervisor

• Diploma | Degree in Hotel Management
• 5 - 7 Years’ experience in hospitality industry out of which 3 years in similar role
• Good Communication in English, Arabic will be added as an advantage.

• Establishes standards and procedures for housekeeping staff
• Assigns workers their duties and inspect their work to make sure specified standards of cleanliness is maintained in all locations.
• Conducts orientation training and in-service training for cleaners and housekeepers to explain about work procedures as well as demonstrate the usage and maintenance of equipment’s.
• Take stock inventory to make sure sufficient stock is available.
• Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
• Issues supplies and equipment to workers.
• Requesting the materials for the various locations on frequent timely basis and whenever necessary
• Keeping data regarding work assignments, personnel actions and prepare periodic reports.
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in case of employee’s absence.
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that may occur in the job.
• Maintenance of the snags daily
• Perform any other duties assigned by Manager.
