- Diploma | Degree in Hotel Management
- 5 - 7 Years’ experience in hospitality industry out of which 3 years in similar role
- Good Communication in English, Arabic will be added as an advantage.
Team ManagementDUTIES
- Establishes standards and procedures for housekeeping staff
- Assigns workers their duties and inspect their work to make sure specified standards of cleanliness is maintained in all locations.
- Conducts orientation training and in-service training for cleaners and housekeepers to explain about work procedures as well as demonstrate the usage and maintenance of equipment’s.
- Take stock inventory to make sure sufficient stock is available.
- Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
- Issues supplies and equipment to workers.
- Requesting the materials for the various locations on frequent timely basis and whenever necessary
- Keeping data regarding work assignments, personnel actions and prepare periodic reports.
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in case of employee’s absence.
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that may occur in the job.
- Maintenance of the snags daily
- Perform any other duties assigned by Manager.
