Provide administrative support to the trading team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation of important records
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth operations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisorsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Location: Dubai
